Can I access my email without typing password in Outlook Express?
Yes. You can configure your Outlook Express in such a way that you need not enter a password every time to check email.
In some cases the user may be too lazy to type in a password and would like to check mails without having to enter a password every time.
Here's how you can configure your email settings to access an email without having to type a password.
- Open Outlook Express.
- Click on Tools > Accounts.
- The Internet Accounts window displays.
- In the Mail tab, select the account whose password you intend to change.
- Click Properties.
- The Properties screen shows up. Click the Servers tab.
- Click the Remember Password checkbox.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click Apply > OK.
- In the Internet Accounts window, click Close.
- From now on, when you try to access mail, you need not have to type a password.
