CAUSE
This issue occurs when you try to play an original Xbox game that is not supported on the Xbox 360 platform or the console is not signed in to Xbox Live to allow the game to check the availability of an update.

1.Verify that the particular original Xbox game is on the backwards compatibility list:

2.Make sure that the latest backwards compatibility update has been downloaded.
3.Make sure that the disc is not dirty or damaged.
