Can I change to a font of my liking in Outlook ?

  Here are a couple of websites which gives free font downloads. 

1. www.searchfreefonts.com
2. http://www.brainybetty.com/fonts.htm

You can also do a web search for your favorite fonts.

(Important: As soon as you download,  make sure that you copy this file into your fonts folder.  Ideally the folder should be located in C: drive and the path is C:\windows\fonts)

Follow these steps to change the font:

1. Open Outlook.
   
2. On the Menu bar, click Tools -> Options.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Mail Format tab, click Fonts.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Choose Font button under “When composing a new message.”
   
   
5. Select the font you want to use.
   
   
   
   
6. Click OK to save your settings.
   
7. Click OK to close each of the opened dialog box.

You are now ready to change your style of writing!!!
