Preventing communication from other users in Playstation Network.

How I can prevent users on the Playstation 3 Network from contacting me using audio or video features?

This article helps users who do not want to communicate using audio or video features on Playstation 3 Network.

Users who do not want to communicate using audio or video features on PLAYSTATION Network can either

  • Have the master account set the parental control settings to prevent such communication for the sub account.
  • Remove the person who wants to communicate with you from your friend's list.
  • Do not accept an invitation to audio or video chat with the sender.

Please beware that limitations exist with multiple people chatting in one session.
