A meeting request is moved to the Local Failures folder in Outlook 2007 when i send or save the request?

Error Message:Task 'SharePoint' reported error (0x00000000) : CalendarName - Failed to copy one or more items because some are not compatible with SharePoint.

Meeting request is moved to the Local Failures folder in Outlook 2007 even when synchronized with Outlook 2007!

This article describes an issue that occurs when you create a meeting request from a SharePoint Calendar list that you synchronized with Outlook 2007.
