There are very simple steps to resolve the issue: -
- Close the SLCC dialog box, and then restart the computer.
- Make sure that Slsvc.exe is running before you start the upgrade process. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, type "services" in the Start Search box.
- Then click Services in the Programs list.If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
- Use the download link from your purchase confirmation e-mail to start the upgrade process again.
This should be able to resolve your issue
