- From your task pane, click Start -> All Programs -> Windows Mail.
- Click Tools -> Accounts.
- Click Add.
- Select E-mail Account. Click Next.
- Enter a Display name. Click Next.
- Enter an E-mail address. Click Next.
- Enter the Incoming Server and Outgoing server address and click Next. (You get this information from your service provider).
- Enter Username and Password. Click Next.
- Save the settings by clicking Finish.
