Tips to turn off Popup Balloons on Windows Vista.
Here's how to avoid the popup balloons that keep irritating you as you work!
You keep doing something very important on your computer and suddenly these pop up tips keep coming up on your screen as if they care a lot for your computer safety. You can stop this from bugging you. Follow the steps below to see how to go about it.
Once you are done with this Close Group Policy Editor and you are done with you. Your Popup Tips instructor should not bother you again.
- Lets click on Start, type in gpedit.msc and Press Enter.

- Now double click on User Configuration.

- Then again double click on Administrative Templates.

- Then double click on Start Menu and Task Bar.

- Right click over Remove Balloon Tips on Start Menu Tips.

- Select Properties.

- Under the Setting tab, select Enabled and click OK.

Once you are done with this Close Group Policy Editor and you are done with you. Your Popup Tips instructor should not bother you again.
