Volume features in Windows Vista.

There are some interesting aspects about the volume features in Windows Vista. Read in here to know...

You can take the mouse near to the volume icon and it gives brief
info about the audio properties.
But the best thing about the Volume feature is when you double click on it. You can see a graphic indicating the volume slider.
And just down below you can see a tab called Mixer.

Click on it and you will see different tabs. The first one is default speakers level, then volume control for various noise making programs.

On the right hand side you get volume adjustments slider for all individual applications thats running in your computer at the moment, where you can adjust your volume as per your requirement.

Now you do not have to depend on window speakers adjustments but you can set your own rules!!!

With Vista if you are using the Digital output you cannot control the volume at all. If I am wrong please advise.
