How to transfer Photos from your digital camera to your computers
This article explains how to transfer your digital photos from your digital camera to your computer
Photography was just about taking snaps for me a few months back. The idea was just to take a snap without cutting off the top and bottom of the picture. Then I got a very sophisticated digital camera, which inspired me so much that photography is now my passion. I remember when I started photography it was never ending activity and so my camera memory gets full very easily. The only solution to it was that I transfer my snaps to my computer and I had real hard time doing it for the first time. Well I am smart enough now to give tips on how to do it. Please follow the following steps to transfer pictures from your digital camera to your computer.
The steps might differ a bit with regards to digital camera you are using. So this way you will get your pictures transferred to your computer. And you can have all your memories on your computer screen with just one click. Happy snapping!
- Take the USB cable which came with the camera. Plug one end to the camera and the other end to the USB port in the computer
- Now one screen will pop up and will give you many options. Out of those select the option which says Copy pictures to my folder.
- Click on next now.
- On the next screen, you can select the pictures you want to copy to your computer.
- Now give a folder name to the folder that you have saved to, for example: New Year 2007.
- Now you will get a screen where it will show that the pictures are getting copied.
- Once it is done it will take you to the folder where you have saved the pictures.
