How to transfer a downloaded theme from PC to Nokia 5300 phone.
Need USB data cable for this!
- Install the Nokia PC suite from the CD that you got with your phone.
- Open it by double-clicking on the
icon on the desktop.
- Connect your phone to PC via USB
data cable that came along with the phone or Bluetooth 
(if your PC is Bluetooth compatible).
- After your phone synchronizes with your PC, Open Nokia Phone Browser by click File Manager
icon.
- Browse the folder on the phone where you want to copy the file and just drag the file from your PC and drop it onto that folder.
- Navigate to the file on the phone and select the theme and select Apply
