Xbox360 : Error message “ Connection terminated “.
Xbox console cannot connect to the computer... and you encounter “Connection terminated“ Error Message in the process. This article explains just what to do when you receive this error message.
Error Messages in Xbox 360 console can be either of the following.

Note : If your computer is attached to a domain then there might be a chance that group Policy setting prevents the Xbox console from connecting to the computer.
Follow the steps to check whether group Policy settings are causing the connection issue.
- Detach the computer from the domain temporarily.
- Restart Computer.
- Add Xbox 360 console as an Extender again.
This should now resolve the problem.
