Error Message on Xbox 360 console: “ This original Xbox game has encountered a problem and cannot continue.”

The Xbox 360 console may have got a runtime error when an original Xbox game was played on Xbox 360 console. A runtime error can also occur if the disc is dirty, scratched or damaged.
