I get an error message Exception Processing Message c0000013.
Exception Processing Message c0000013 annoys your computer? We have some simple steps to fix it.
I have windows XP and the whole of last week I was facing an annoying problem. I'd get a message, which read exactly like this -
Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message c0000013.
I observed that I'd get this message when using Quick Time.
Fortunately I got this problem fixed last night when I was doing some research on this problem. Here let me share the steps with you.
These steps fixed my problem and I hope it resolves your too.

Fortunately I got this problem fixed last night when I was doing some research on this problem. Here let me share the steps with you.
- Click Start and then Control Panel.
- Click Taskbar and Start Menu.
- Click Start Menu.
- Click on Customize and then on Clear. Now click OK to close the screen.
These steps fixed my problem and I hope it resolves your too.

- Posted by: aust.a.r_1589 at 23 Jul 16:46 permalinkno it didn't fix the problem but i think it is from the flash cards i had the same problem with my other PC and disconnected the flash vards this fixed the problem. I also find if i use restore to earlier date it would work for a while untill someone decide to use the flash cards again.
- Posted by: aust.a.r_1589 at 23 Jul 17:19 permalinkI had this problem before. uninstall all the flash card from your computer or just disconnect all flash cards it will fix this problem. you can uninstall them from from device manager sellect generic drivers and uninstall them.

- Alternative if the above steps does not work do try this. Since this problem is related to Quick Time, disable the QuickTime Icon from the startup bar. This will prevent quick time to apppear upon startup. Try reboot your system again and you will notice no more annoying message appear. It works for me.. Good luck trying.

You say it's quicktime; I just uninstalled it. Before it was supposed to be malware; I've cleaned my system (yes it's clean!). Anyway I still get the error whenever I run Acoustica CD Label Maker.

The error msg will appear with any removeable drive that does not have anything in it , because windows trys to acess it for some reason . It does the same to my removeable hard drive if I don't have it turned on .
