Error Message : "Could not find the file Hpzrxxxx.dll or Hpfmomxx.hlp on the HP CD (c00037552)' while installing the HP Photosmart C3180 on Windows XP".
You may come across this issue when your computer is set to language setting which is different from your current country/region.
During installation of any software it is regional language settings that determine the language software. So when the settings are other than the current country, you will encounter this issue.

To resolve the issue, follow either of the solutions as listed below:
- Please insert the CD labeled HP CD into the CD-ROM drive.
- Could not find the file Hpzrxxxx.dll or Hpfmomxx.hlp (x is a number or letter) on the HP CD. The path for this file will be x:\XXX\Drivers\ME_9x\. (XXX is a country/region or language code, such as KOR for Korea, ENG for English etc.)
- Could not find the file Hpfmomxx.hlp messages during installation.
Solution 1: Change the regional settings of the computer to match your country/region.
- Click Start > Settings > Control Panel to open the Windows Control Panel.
- Select Regional Setting Icon.
- Change the Language settings to your current country. Click OK.
- Visit HP website.
- Select the desired language.
- Download and install the HP all-in-one regional language software that matches the regional language settings on your computer.
