File Manager for Sony Ericsson K790a
A great opportunity to learn about handling files such as pictures, videos, music themes, games and applications saved in your mobile phone’s memory or memory card!
You can create sub folders to move or copy files. Games and Applications can be moved withen Games and Applications folders from the phone memory to memory card. When handling files you can select all or some to the folder at the same time for all except Games and Applications.
All files are saved automatically in the phone memory. If all the available memory is full then you cannot save any files till the content is removed.
File Manager is divided into three tabs. Icons are included to indicate where the files are saved.
- All Files: Entire content in the phone’s memory and on a memory card.
- On a Memory Card: Content stored in the memory card
- Phone memory: Content stored in the phone’s memory
Looking for File Information:
View by highlighting More > Information. Items that are downloaded or received using one of the available transfer methods may be copyright protected. If so you cannot send or transfer the file. Look for a key symbol which indicates a DRM protected file.
To use a file from File Manager:
- > File Manager and open a folder.
- Scroll to a file and>More
To move or copy a file to memory:
- > File Manager and select a folder.
- Scroll to a file and > More > Manage File
- >Move to move the file or > More > Manage file > Copy to copy the file
- Select to move or copy the file to Phone or Memory Stick > Select
