iPod Plays Audio But Not Video When Playing Movies

Learn how to change your TV Out setting so you can view video with your sound.

If the audio for movies plays through the headphones and you see "Now Playing" on the iPod screen with a progress bar, but the video does not appear on the iPod screen, then you may have the TV Out video setting turned on.

If you see your iPod playing a movie but you can only hear audio and unable to see the video then you might have accidentally turned on the "TV Out" video setting on your iPod.

Here's how you turn it off:

Navigate your iPod Videos > Video Settings.
Change the TV Out option to Off or Ask.

Still have issues?  Ensure you access Video through the Videos menu.  If you have Videos in the audio playlist, it might not work.
