iTunes won't copy some songs onto my iPod
This article enumerates some of the reasons why some files in your iTunes library may not be sent to your iPod
This can be fixed, just check out the points below:
- Download and install the latest version of iTunes.
- Update your iPod.
- Check here for iPod file type and formats.
- If a file is not found on iTunes, double-click on that song and show the file path to iTunes.
- If you get a message saying Media file not authorized then, click that file and enter your account name and password.
- If you have the option to automatically sync the podcasts on your iPod, turn it off and re-sync your music.
- If there is not much space available then you might not be able to transfer songs onto your iPod.
- If you are getting no message as to why the files are not getting copied onto your iPod, then you need to follow the steps below:
- Connect your iPod to your PC.
- When it gets connected and shows up in the source list of iTunes, right-click on the source list, choose Reset Warnings option.
