What’s new in Cox Spam Blocker?
Cox has updated its spam fighter to save their customers from junk. Check out this article to learn about the added features.
| Cox’s SpamBlocker is updated so that it can detect and delete spam in a better way. Following are the notable points in it. | ![]() |
- With the latest version of Cox’s SpamBlocker you can delete suspected junk mail before it makes it into your mailbox.
- You can automatically divert unwanted emails to a spam folder in WebMail, or deliver spam to your Inbox flagged as Spam in the subject line.
- If an unwanted email hits your Inbox, a new “Spam” button in WebMail appears. It makes it easy to report the email to Cox’s SpamBlocker Team. Also you can now customize your own spam filter by blocking or granting access to specific senders or domains.
Cox’s SpamBlocker uses almost all of the tools available, to identify Spam like rule-based methods, heuristics and black lists of known spammers to detect junk email.
