Bluetooth Wireless™ Technology on Sony Ericsson k790a

Bluetooth function makes wireless connection to all other Bluetooth devices possible. Read on to learn how to get started with this function.

  • connect to handsfree devices
  • connect to sterio headsets
  • connect to several devices at the same time
  • connect to computers and access the Internet
  • synchronize information with computers
  • use remote control computer applications
  • use media viewer accessories
  • exchange items and play multiplayer games

Note: There should be no solid objects in between, for Bluetooth communication within 10 meters range.

Before you start:
  1. Turn on the Bluetooth function to communicate with others
  2. Add Bluetooth devices to your phone to communicate with

Note: Verify the local laws and regulations if the use of Bluetooth wireless technology is restricted. If Bluetooth is not allowed then you must ensure that the Bluetooth function is turned off. The maximum allowed Bluetooth output power in the phone is automatically adjusted according to the local restrictions. This means the range may vary,

To turn the Bluetooth function on;
  1. > Settings > the Connectivity tab > Bluetooth > Turn on
