How to add contacts to comcast webmail?

Here, let us discuss how to add a contact to Comcast Webmail address book

There are three different ways of adding contacts to Comcast webmail

    1) Adding contacts manually

    2) Adding contacts directly from email

    3) Importing from outlook Express

 NOTE: Login to Comcast webmail

Adding contacts Manually

  • Click on Address Book link in the left menu

       
  • Click on Add contact to the top of Address Book.

          
  • While adding the contact, enter information in the General, Phone, Address, Internet and Personal pages. Select the tabs at the top to navigate from page to page.

       
  • Click on add once the required information is provided. Contact gets added successfully.


Adding contacts directly from email

  • Click on any email and click on Add to Address Book link just below the sender name
        
  • Opens the details page with General, Phone, Address, Internet, Personal tabs. Give the required information and click on add

            
  • Click on add once the required information is provided. Contact gets added successfully.

Importing from Outlook Express address book
  • Click on Address Book link in the left menu

       
  • Click on Import at the top of Address Book page.

                 
  • From the Format drop-down list, select MS Outlook Express CSV

            
  • Click on Browse. Find the .csv file you have exported from Outlook. Select the file and click Open.

        

  • Click on Import. All Outlook address book entries are imported to Comcast webmail address book.

  • To confirm that all of your Outlook Express contacts were successfully imported, go to your Comcast Webmail Address Book .
