Can I view my sent mails in Comcast Webmail?
Comcast Webmail doesn't save a copy to sent items folder
Email > Webmail > Features and Functionality
Follow a few simple steps to turn on this feature.
-
Login to comcast.net.
-
Go to Message Center page by clicking on Mail icon on home page.

-
Click on Preferences link to the left of Message Center page.

-
Click on Keep Copies link in the Preferences window.

- Choose Save sent email, check Save a copy to your SentMail. Click on save.

-
Now each time you send a message, a copy of it will be stored in your SentMail folder (which will appear after the first time you send a message that is to be copied to SentMail) or your Inbox.
NOTE: If you compose a message in future that you do not wish to store in SentMail, remove the check from the box labeled Save a copy to SentMail folder that appears in the Compose window.
