How to restrict incoming email to a specific list of email addresses in Comcast Webmail

Follow these simple steps to restrict incoming email to certain addresses.

  • Sign into Comcast Webmail. Click on Preferences as shown.


  • From the Preferences Window, select Restrict Incoming Email


  • Select Yes to Enable Email Controls

  • Select Allow email from addresses listed below

  • Enter an email address you wish to receive email from.

  • Click on ADD

  • Repeat the previous two steps until you have entered all of the email addresses you wish to receive email from. Click on  UPDATE.

  • You will receive email only from the addresses you have specified above.
