What to do if I'm missing my folders or get a Java Script error in Comcast Webmail?

Here's what you have to do if your folders are missing or you get JavaScript error in Comcast Webmail.

  • As soon as you sign in, you should see folders in your mail box window.

  • If you are unable to view your Comcast Webmail folders, or receive a JavaScript error when using Comcast Webmail, please clear your browser cache and sign in again.
