How can I resolve my mailbox being 100% full on Comcast webmail?
Just follow some simple steps and you will be able to free mailbox space in Comcast webmail.
- If your mailbox is reporting as 100% used, or your email contacts have mentioned that they receive an automated response along the lines of "mailbox full" when trying to send you email, you will need to remove some of your messages from the Comcast mail server.

- If you use Comcast Webmail, look for messages in your inbox that are large in size. Often, these messages will have attachments. To save space in your mailbox, save the attachment to your hard drive, and then move the message to your trash folder.

- After you have moved files to the Trash, you should empty them by clicking the empty link directly next to your Trash folder (see image below)
