Why was I re-directed to a page that says the site I was trying to access in Unsafe?
Please read below to find out why Comcast gives a message saying the site you are trying to access is unsafe.
- Comcast has added a new feature that helps protect you from phishing scams.

Known phishing sites are added to a central database by TrustWatch, a web site verification service.

When you attempt to visit one of these phishing sites, the Comcast Toolbar will recognize that the site is unsafe and gives a message.
