Why can't I see the Comcst Toolbar?
The following could be the reasons why the Comcast Toolbar can't be seen.

Verify if the Comcast Toolbar is selected in Microsoft IE.

Go to View > Toolbars and make sure Comcast Toolbar is selected.

The Comcast Toolbar is checked but it can't be seen in the browser.
The toolbar may be on the same row as another toolbar.

Go to View > Toolbars and uncheck Lock the Toolbars

The Toolbar is visible but there is not enough space in the row to display the logo.
-
Select the Toolbar de-limiter and move it to the next row.

The Comcast Toolbar is disabled in the Internet Explorer browser (Comcast Toolbar will be grayed out).

Go to Tools > Internet Options

Select Programs > Manage add-ons

From the Manage add-ons window, select Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer from the dropdown.

Select Comcast Toolbar, click Enabled and then click OK.

Close the Internet Explorer browser and open a new one.

Go to View > Toolbars and check the Comcast Toolbar

You should now be able to view the Comcast Toolbar.
