at&t internet service stinks big time. You can't even find the self support tool when you need it to download. We didn't have any trouble when we had sbc, not until at&t took over and then bam- nothing but trouble. I am seriously thinking about switching users.

Click on Start. Click on Run Type regedt32 in Run. Next click OK. You need to be very carefull what you do here because you are now in the registry. 1. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. 2. Click on SOFTWARE. 3. Click on Microsoft. 4. Click on Windows. 5. Click on Current Version. 6. Click on Uninstall. Scroll down and look for self support tool. Click on it, and look to the right It should say self support tool. If it does, go back to self support tool, left click, click delete, click on ok. Look for software that should be right above where self support tool was, click on it. Look to the right, and you should see self support tool. If you do, right click, then delete this software(back to the left), click on ok. I tried removong self support tool from my add and remove programs, and doing this messed up one of my other programs. You will still have self support tool in programs, but you can not delete it. However, at least you will no longer see self support tool come up on your screen everytime you boot up. Remember, be very carefull in the registry. If you have any doubts that you can do this, then do not.
