Upgrading the Verizon Wireless Phone

Check out this article for steps to upgrade your Verizon wireless phone.


You can always upgrade your Verizon wireless phone online. For that you need to use My Account online.
Point to be noted here is that pricing may vary based on the date you last received a discount on new equipment. If you want to see if you are eligible for the New Every Two discount, login to My Account and click on the "My Phone" tab to view the New Every Two meter.

  1. Log in to My Account (new users will need to register first).
  2. Click the Upgrade to a phone tab.

  3. Choose the mobile telephone number to upgrade.

  4. Now click on Show Upgrade Discount.


  5. Select the new handset.

  6. Choose accessories if its applicable for you.

  7. Preview the order. You can confirm your order here.


  8. Checkout : Here you can enter your shipping address and payment information.
