Can I delete user name from Comcast account?
Learn the method for deletion of Comcast.net user account or user name.
NOTE: You must be signed in to Comcast.net site with your Primary user name to delete a Secondary account.

Select the Mail icon located at the top of the Comcast High-Speed Internet home page.

Go to Preferences

In the Preferences window click on Delete or Suspend Secondary Account.

Select the Secondary Account you wish to delete from the drop-down menu.

Put a check in the box titled Delete.

Click the UPDATE button. Secondary account is deleted successfully.
NOTE: Check if the user name you want to delete is also the email address you used when signing up for one of the free McAfee Security subscriptions. When you delete or suspend one of your Comcast.net user names, you may also unintentionally cancel your free McAfee subscriptions. To avoid this, make sure the email address associated with your McAfee account is an "active" comcast.net email address and is different from the email address you are about to delete or suspend.
