Cost to Send/Receive a Picture/Video message on Verizon

Picture Message usage charges: 

• If you are on a Pay as You Go plan:
  • 25 cents per message which includes sounds and text + airtime as per your plan + 1000 text characters.  (it will be less than a minute for picture with single photo or graphic)
• If you have a plan that doesn't have unlimited data usage:
  • The data used for the incoming and outgoing messages will be deducted from your monthly data allowance or charged at the applicable per-kilobyte rate, despite of you having subscribed to a voice calling plan.

Video Messages usage charges:

• If you are on a Pay as You Go plan:
  • 25 cents per message which includes text + airtime as per your voice calling plan.  (it ideally takes two minutes or less of airtime to send a video message) depends upon your video size.
    
• If you have a plan that doesn't have unlimited data usage:
  
  • The data used for the incoming and outgoing messages will be deducted from your monthly data allowance or charged at the applicable per-kilobyte rate, despite of you having subscribed to a voice calling plan.

PIX/FLIX Monthly Plan charges:

• Plan with a monthly picture/video message allowance:
  • Each picture/video message sent and received will be deducted from your allowance + airtime as per your voice calling plan.
    
  • If you exceed your picture/video monthly limit, 25 cents per message + airtime will be charged from there of.
    
• If you have a plan that doesn't have unlimited data usage:
  • The data used for the incoming and outgoing messages will be deducted from your monthly data allowance or charged at the applicable per-kilobyte rate, despite of you having subscribed to a voice calling plan.
