Adding an Email Account to your LG chocolate Verizon Cell Phone
You can add an email account to your Verizon LG Chocolate cell phone so that you can collect and read all your mails on your palm instead of rushing off to your computer at regular intervals.
Follow the steps given here to add an email account to your LG Chocolate Verizon cell phone:
- Go to Wireless sync website.
- Logon to Wireless Sync account.
- Select Setup and then Click on Account from the menu bar. This is located in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click on Internet/POP3/IMAP Email
- Select Retrieve My Email for Me then click Next.
- Click Advanced Setup Options.
- Enter the suitable information in the fields given and click on Submit. Let me explain a bit about the information that will be there in the box.
- Email Address: Your email address.
- Password: The password for the email account.
- Username: The username for the email account.
- Email Server Address: The incoming mail server address.
- Type of Server: POP or IMAP
- Use non-standard port: If your email service provider uses a port other than the default port for POP(110) or IMAP(143) connections, then enter the port number here.
- Reply-To Address: An alternate email address where you would like to receive message replies (if different than the address entered for Email Address).
- Leave Messages on Server: Select this option to leave email messages on the incoming mail server when retrieved by Wireless Sync.
- Icon to Show in Website Inbox: Select which icon will be displayed for email messages retrieved from this account.
