Ensuring Email Server Settings are correct in Verizon LG Chcolate Cell Phone
You need to make sure that email server settings are in order so that you are able to receive emails.

- Go to the http://www.wirelesssync.vzw.com/.
- Log on to wireless sync account.

- From the menu bar select Setup and then click on Account.

- Click on the appropriate POP3 / IMAP server located under Email Sources.

- Click Test Settings. Incase the test fails, contact your service provider and let them know about the problem.
