Setting Up Pocket PC Sync for Verizon Moto Q Phone
The following steps will help you sync your phone with Microsoft Exchange server.
Before you go ahead, you need to have Microsoft ActiveSync installed on your PC. Click here for steps on downloading and installing ActiveSync.

- First, connect your Moto Q phone to the computer.
- Click Next.
- On this screen, check the Synchronize directly with... check box. Click Next.
- Enter the right Exchange server details and click Next. If you are unsure of these details, contact your IT Administrator.
- Check the check box for which you want the information synchronized. Click Next.
- Click Finish to complete the setup wizard.
- ActiveSync will look for any changes and synchronize.
