How to change my windows screen resolution to get the most out of Comcast High-Speed Internet features and services?

To ensure that your Comcast.net screen is properly displayed, set your desktop resolution (size) at 1024 x 768 pixels.


Steps to set the resolution are as follows:

  • Go to Start > Control Panel.

            

  • Double click on Display Icon in Control Panel window as shown in the figure.

              

  • Display Properties window is shown. Select Settings tab.

  • Under Screen resolution, set pixels to 1024 by 768 pixels and click on OK.
