To ensure that your Comcast.net screen is properly displayed, set your desktop resolution (size) at 1024 x 768 pixels.
Steps to set the resolution are as follows:

Go to Start > Control Panel.

Double click on Display Icon in Control Panel window as shown in the figure.

Display Properties window is shown. Select Settings tab.

Under Screen resolution, set pixels to 1024 by 768 pixels and click on OK.
