Selecting and Setting Up the Email Source for Verizon Moto Q Phone

In this step, you have a 2 types of email account setup options for your smart phone to read emails. Click on the links below and learn how to configure them.
Configure Corporate Email:
- Select Corporate Email - Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino/Notes and click Next.
- Select Install the PC Monitor software on this PC now and click Next.
Note: PC Monitor needs to be installed on the PC that you use for accessing your corporate emails.
- On the next screen, review whether your PC matches the specified requirements and click Next.
- It is always recommended to read the guide for your corporate email before you install PC Monitor.
- After you are done, Click here to go to the next step.

Configure POP / IMAP Email:
- Select Internet / POP3 / IMAP Email option and click Next.
- On the next screen, you have two options,
- Choose Retrieve My Email for Me if you want Wireless Sync to get email from POP or IMAP account.
- Choose Use Outlook to Retrieve My Email option if you want Wireless Sync to get email from the PC where you are MS Outlook for your emails.
- Choose Retrieve My Email for Me if you want Wireless Sync to get email from POP or IMAP account.
Important:
- Wireless sync will automatically check for an account settings. If it fails, it would prompt you to configure it manually
- Hotmail and MSN cannot be synced by Wireless Sync program
- POP servers that use SSL will not be supported here. You need to select Use Outlook to Retrieve My Email option to do this
