Accessories include special antennas, batteries, battery cover, chargers, cases, etc... Motorola will not replace any accessories or SIM card should it be sent to us.

Does Motorola pay for the inbound freight cost? No, the requestor of the repair must pay for all inbound freight charges. Motorola will send the phone back to you at no charge for the shipping.
Do you cover replacing software applications that have been loaded on the phone if you have to replace phone? Motorola does not cover any non-factory software applications or add-ons that have been loaded on your phone. You may have to contact the vender to have the application(s) added back to the phone.
