The first thing is that there is no additional memory for SMS on your Motorola C650. You can only use SIM card’s memory. Motorola thinks that MMS will become the future standard and decides to head for it. However Motorola C650 handset does support Enhanced Messaging Service (EMS), but that's the very same SIM card’s limit.
