Why is Ask Comcast blocked after I install Windows XP Service Pack 2?
Allowing of ask Comcast in XP Service Pack 2

Microsoft included a pop-up blocker as a part of the Internet Explorer updates in Windows XP Service pack 2.

This pop-up blocker, by default, will consider Ask Comcast as pop-ups.

To add Ask Comcast to your list of trusted sites please follow the steps outlined below.

Open the Internet Explorer.

Goto Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings.

Enter in *.comcast.net and then click Add button.

This will set the Internet Explorer to not block links from all of the comcast.net sites.
