Treo 700w: "Error code: 85020010"
If you encounter this error message follow the procedure in this article to solve the problem.
Follow the steps given here to resolve the problem:
Note: If you are not online it will ask you for install disks for Ofiice.
- On all steps below do not unisnstall ActiveSync 4.1 even if it asks you...
- Backup your PST file On Outlook, Go to File> Import and Export> export to file> save the file where you can find it.
- Open Control Panel>add and remove programs> choose microsoft office> click on change or repair> a window will pop up with little boxes
- Uncheck outlook and finish the program> repeat but check the outlook box and run the program, most of the time you will not need the original discs
Note: If you are not online it will ask you for install disks for Ofiice.
