Following are three important requirements to use MSN services over TXT messaging.
  1. Verizon Wireless subscribers must be enabled with TXT messaging services.
  2. They also need to have a 2-way TXT Messaging capable wireless phone.
  3. They should be registed user of  http://vzw.msn.com
    Well you dont have to be a Mobile Web user to register at http://vzw.msn.com.However Mobile Web subscribers are required to be enabled with TXT Messaging service and have access to a PC with an internet connection.
