How does the TrustWatch anti-phishing service work in the Comcast toolbar?

Comcast toolbar protects users from phishing scams with an extra layer of protection. To know if a website is safe or unsafe, use the TrustWatch service and make sure that the website you are visiting is trustworthy.

• List of unsafe sites are marked in green check mark 

• Caution mark is shown and suggested to take caution when you enter private or personal information

• Potentially unsafe sites are red marked, which signify that they are at risk for identifying theft or financial fraud

• Previously approved for visiting are white listed

• Blocked and reminded NOT to visit this site

NOTE: You can nominate a site for verification, and can even suspect an unsafe site to blacklist.
