  • Enter **05* followed by PUK Code to unlock the SIM Card.

Your Motorola C650 handset 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234, and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000. Your service provider may reset the unlock code to the last 4 digits of your phone number before you receive your Motorola C650 handset.

If you forget your Unlock Code, try entering 1234 or the last 4 digits of your Motorola C650 handset phone number. If that does not work, at the Enter Unlock Code prompt then follow the below steps:
  • Press Menu button to display the Unlock Code bypass screen.
