Why does a blue screen appear when I open Comcast.net?
Blue screen appears when there is a conflict with Norton Anti-virus.
This problem is due to a conflict with the Norton Internet Security software. However, you can overcome this problem by following the steps given below:

Right click on the Norton Internet Security icon present on the bottom tray of your screen and Disable it.

The browser cache should be cleared.This can be done in the following way:
In Mozilla Firefox

Open your browser.
-
Goto Tools > Clear Private Data.

Check the cache box
-
Click on the Clear Private Data Now button.
In Internet Explorer 6.0

Open your browser.
-
Goto Tools > Internet Options
-
In the Temporary files section click on Delete files button.

The option "Delete all offline content " should be checked. Click the OK button.

Click on Apply and OK buttons respectively.
-
Close your browser and reopen it.
-
Open comcast.net and verify if you are able to login.
-
All the browser windows must be closed.
-
Enable Norton Internet Security.
-
Open comcast.net and verify whether you can sign in.
