Troubleshooting: When you connect your iTunes enabled Motorola Razr V3M Verizon phone it does not appear in the Source List in your iTunes software.
Nothing to worry...If the Mobile Phone icon does appear in the source list of your iTunes software after the phone is connected please try the following solutions:

Check that your USB setting is set to Memory Card.
Update your software:
- MAC OS X 10.3.6 or later
- Windows
- Format your memory card
- Disconnect and reconnect your phone, if the problem still exists you may need to reformat your memory card.
- Perform a Master Reset on the phone
- Disconnect and reconnect your phone, if the problem still exists you may need to reformat your memory card.
- Uninstall iTunes and re-install latest iTunes from Web
