Treo 600 Updater 1.12 for T-Mobile

Firmware update for Mac user.

Given here are simple steps for installing Mac to update Treo 600 Updater 1.12 (T-Mobile).
  1. Search for your device’s Username.

  2. When installation process is going on, you must confirm that Treo 600’s battery is fully charged. Your device must connect to both the charger and computer.

  3. Confirm that your device must have at least 12MB free memory.

  4. Change all conduits to Synchronize the file. This ensures a current backup of data normally backed up during a HotSync operation.

  5. Download TMO_1_12_Updater.sit (5.6 MB SIT File).

  6. The web browser automatically expands the file and you can see the file TMO_1_12_updater.sit appear on your Mac desktop or on your default download folder.

  7. If your web browser does not expand the file automatically, you need to use the expansion utility( such as Aladdin Stuffit Expander) to decompress the file. Note the folder location in which the decompress file is saved.

  8. Double click on the file Crow_1.12Updater.prc that was decompressed file is saved.

  9. Launch  a HotSync operation to transfer the updater to the device.

  10. Press Application launcher on your Treo 600.

  11. Launch the application named Crow 1.12 Updater.

  12. Follow the onscreen instructions to run the updater on your device.

  13. Note : The  updater will be re-installed on your device ever time when you perform a HotSync operation. To avoid this you must do these steps.

    • On your Mac, locate the file Crow_1_12_Updater.prc in your Backup folder,Which is located in your User folder.

    • Delete the file from Backup folder.

  14. Execute another HotSync operation to restore the data on Treo 600.

Wow...Its very simple and clear.
