Installing Memory Card on Motorola Razr V3M Verizon
The procedure to insert a memory card is given here:

You can use a removable MicroSD memory card with your phone to store and retrieve multimedia content, such as songs and photos.
Important: Don't bend or scratch your memory card. Keep it away from static electricity, water, and dirt.
To insert your memory card:
- Press and hold the End Key for a few seconds to turn off your phone
- Press in the battery door release latch and remove the battery door
- Find the rubber piece that partially covers the memory card slot
- Lift the rubber piece on the side opposite the anchor point, and gently turn the rubber piece away from the slot
- Slide the memory card completely into the card slot (so that only part of the card is visible)
- Push the rubber piece securely back into place
- Replace the battery door
