Follow these steps to copy the phone entries between SIM memory and the Phone memory:

Select Address Book

Click on the lower right Menu button

Select Copy SIM/ Phone

Copy Number from Phone to SIM Card or SIM Card to Phone

Note: The user can select multiple entries.

The contact stored in the SIM card can only store numbers, not email address thus email address cannot be copied into SIM card.
Copy a single phone entry.
