What if you are missing iTunes on your Motorola Razr V3M Verizon Phone!
iTunes® is a media application that is part of the phone's included software.
If the iTunes application is missing from your phone you will need to have the phone serviced. To confirm that iTunes is missing push the assigned iTunes key on your phone. If nothing happens or the main screen with the icon just stays on the screen then your phone is missing the application.
Note: Overseas SLVR units will not have the iTunes application and cannot have it added to the phone. Search for service centers in your area.

Considering I worked for them for over 3 yrs as a technician I would say that I do qualify as being able to "service" the phone. Yes there was an issue where the phone needed a software update and the computer needed special drivers to be installed for it to be recognized as a media device by MS Windows, but this has nothing to do with iTunes icon on a Motorola V3m. Typically Verizon Wireless uses V-Cast Music with Rhapsody, but can be used with other programs to sync music to the device. Might want to edit this article to include correct information.
