How is my Comcast Photo Center (Snapfish) account transferred to Road Runner?

To remove your account from Comcast Photo Center, you need to go through a procedure.

Set up your account directly with Snapfish using a non comcast.net email address.

There will be no loss of photos during this process.

Access to all your photos will be lost when the comcast.net email address associated with it gets deactivated if the above procedure is not followed.
